REFURBISHMENT OF AN OLD ADMINISTRATION OFFICE BLOCK.

The project entails renovations to the administration building, J-Block. The objective is to group operational teams based on departmental structures to enhance productivity and optimise the limited office space available through general alterations and building refurbishment. More importantly, the proposed renovations address several undesirable working conditions as well as long-standing issues of health and safety.
The scope of work is based on layout drawings for all three levels: ground, first, and second floors. It includes demolition, rebuilding, and renovation. Demolition work consists of the removal of asbestos-containing vinyl flooring.
