The works include, but are not limited to:

Fencing

  • Entrance fence and gate (W of Cargo Terminal);
  • Security fencing (SW of Cargo Terminal);
  • 20ft. Security fencing (S of Cargo Terminal);
  • Car park Security Fence (N of Cargo Terminal);
  • Supply and install of ClearVu fencing and gate.

Asphalting

  • Area of new Asphalt (SE of Cargo Terminal);
  • Area of new Asphalt (NE of Cargo Terminal);
  • Removal of asphalt, concrete, layer works, and disposal at an approved disposal site;
  • Supply and construction of additional layer works to improve the truck parking area and asphalting surface.

Drainage Improvement

  • Removal of asphalt, concrete, layer works, and disposal at the approved disposal site;
  • Installation of stormwater management systems by coring through column and ground slab to connect to the existing stormwater system;
  • Supply and install stormwater management systems with drainage pipelines as per the drawing.

Building Repairs

  • Repairs of roof sheeting,

The building canopy is on the west side of the building.

  • Obtaining structural steel shop drawings for the canopy;
  • Relocation of existing and reinstallation of electrical equipment, including advertising board and lights;
  • Working at heights for the supply and installation of canopy and erection of structural steel members;
  • Stormwater drainage gutters and downpipes.
